For reference, the downloadable manual publish date is 2005. Caravan minivans manufactured between 2001 thru 2007 are all fourth generation vehicles. So the 2005 manual is applicable to the 2006 and 2007 model years.
That said, the 2006 and 2007 Caravan minivans brought optional side curtain airbags so keep that in mind if you’re downloading the manual for that reason as this information (optional side curtain air bags) is not provided in the manual. The free manual covers all minivans with engines 2.4L I4 16-valve DOHC MPI, 3.3L V6 OHV Flex Fuel, 3.8L V6 SMPI, 2.8L I4 turbo diesel and 2.5L I4 4-cylinder 16 valve turbo diesel.

The factory service manual (FSM) is a book of instructions developed and published by the vehicle manufacturer and distributed to factory trained technicians so they could properly service, maintain and repair their products. The FSM is geared more toward skilled mechanics in regard to maintenance, diagnostic testing, repairs and troubleshooting concepts.
The repair manual or aftermarket manual or also known as a 3rd party repair guide or workshop manual is a booklet written in layman’s terms so backyard and novice mechanics without specialized knowledge can better understand the repair process. If you’re an amateur mechanic with little or no training I would highly suggest you get both books.
