Can you provide a service manual for a 2005 Yamaha F115TXRD 115 horsepower outboard engine? A repair manual or service manual does’t matter. I just need a book of instructions that to guide me the steps of removing and installing the lower unit and everything related to the job.
The outboard is an in-line, 4-stroke, DOHC 16 valves 4-cylinder engine. I need to download a handbook pronto as I need to get my boat back on the water by next week. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
There is a free service manual available for instant download. Refer to download link below image. There is also a repair manual available. I would consider getting both as unless you are a factory trained Yamaha outboard engine technician.

If you are a backyard mechanic I would get both manuals as one of the handbooks is geared more toward novice boat engine mechanics while the other is for professional mechanics. But both booklets cover the 2005 Yamaha F115TXRD 115hp outboard engines.

No you cannot use the same manual for your model 115TXRD. You would need LIT-18616-02-72 which is for a 2-stroke V4 dual carbureted engine. I can provide you with that manual upon request. Just start a new question post and request it.
